MTV is running an interesting poll to try and find out the greatest badass character of all time. Names such as Batman, Dirty Harry, and Wolverine are mentioned in their kick off blog to the contest. I've gotta say Harrison Ford is the most badass actor of all time so maybe someone like Han Solo or Indiana Jones should be on that list. Anyone have any favorite badasses?

My vote is James Bond
It's pretty impressive that a character can survive however many movies, even with a change in actors. I'm not even a huge fan, but I've quoted "shaken, not stirred" a few times.
Bond is a good choice! Longevity is a strong trait in being badass.
I agree. James Bond is not only a badass, but he plays one and looks good at the same time! I have never in my life seen a James Bond movie until recently when I saw "Quantum of Solace" over the winter break. I now have an obsession with Daniel Craig and can't wait to see Casino Royale... and every Bond movie he will act in after that!
